Free Introduction for Couples: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)
Free Introduction & Q+A: Join us for this one hour session on the following dates listed below. Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) aims to stop the negative interaction cycles between partners that corrode secure bonds and keep them locked in conflict and disconnection. The EFT approach identifies and maps out these cycles to then help partners identify and articulate their needs to one another. This process allows couples to experience one another in new ways that powerfully transform their relationship and foster connection.
This free introduction will help you and your partner gain an understanding of what the EFT approach is and how it can benefit your relationship. You will also learn about both short term services, such as the EFT Communication Assessment, the Hold MeTight® Group , private Hold Me Tight® intensives, or custom private intensives, in addition to what you could expect in EFT Couple's Therapy. There also will be time to ask questions you may have. To join, use the Zoom link below. No registration required!
