Free Gottman Workshop
for Couples

Next Workshop meets April 12th,  6:30pm - 7:30pm EST
While all relationships are unique, there is a large body of research showing that most long lasting relationships share certain qualities. The Gottman Method is a proven, research backed framework for understanding those qualities and how they can improve your relationship.

During the session, you'll receive an overview of Gottman's Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work as well as some tools to help you deepen and improve your relationship going forward. You'll also have the opportunity to reflect on how Gottman's principles relate to your own experience and to share within a confidential, supportive group environment.

Resources, materials and opportunities to continue with a Gottman Relationship Checkup will be provided after the workshop is over.

Gottman Relationship Checkup Packages
The Gottman Relationship Checkup is a research-based online assessment based on over 40 years of research by Dr. John Gottman – one of the leading researchers in the couple’s therapy field. The online assessment includes questions about friendship, intimacy, how you manage emotions and conflict, how you share your values and goals, and what gives meaning to your lives. The Relationship Checkup is designed to quickly identify the strengths and challenges in your relationship to be targeted in treatment to help you and your partner develop new strategies to enhance your relationship, improve communication, and build off your existing strengths.

We welcome you to schedule a free consultation to explore how therapy might benefit you.
Therapy is extremely personal, so it is important that you feel comfortable with the therapist you choose.  Consultations offer you the opportunity to ask questions and get a sense of who we are and how we work with clients to help you decide if the fit feels right.
