We offer flexible scheduling options including weekend and evening appointments as well as online therapy sessions.
Sessions are reserved via credit card payment. Your card will not be charged until after your appointment has been confirmed. There is no fee for a FREE phone consultation when completed at the scheduled time, however, a $30 fee will be charged for no shows or for consultations that are not rescheduled with 24-hours notice. *After the initial assessment sessions ($395/60 min) couples can choose between a $350/50-minute or $395/60-minute couple's therapy session. **The fee for ongoing individual therapy sessions is $325/45-minute session. Sessions can be self-booked online or a recurring appointment can be held for you. See below for packages that offer discounts on services, including an intake package. Discernment Counseling - for couples who are considering whether to work on or end their relationship. The goal is to help both partners gain clarity & confidence in making decisions about the future of their relationship.
10-Hour Private Couple's Intensives - for couples with specific goals who want intensive services, i.e. extended sessions (90+ minutes) scheduled in a brief time period (typically 1-2 months). Custom Intensives, Hold Me Tight® Intensives, Premarital Intensives, and Intensives for Couples with a Bipolar Diagnosed Partner are available.
Couple's Communication & Underlying Needs Assessment to understand negative cycles of behavior and communication that keep you and partner stuck in conflict or disconnection.
Relationship Checkup - an online assessment based on over 40-years of research to quickly identify the skills and areas for growth for you and your partner to enhance your relationship.

Out-of-Network Coverage
Dr. Bordieri can be an out-of-network provider if you have that coverage. If so, you would pay out-of-pocket for services and then submit a claim using a Superbill that Dr. Bordieri will provide to you. This Superbill will have insurance codes for services as well as a diagnosis for either you or your partner. You would then be reimbursed according to your out-of-network coverage. Not all insurance plans offer out-of-network coverage so you would need to contact your insurance company directly to find out. You can also ask how your coverage works, here are some questions to guide you: Do you have a deductible that needs to be met before services are covered? Is there a set rate that the insurance will reimburse where you will be responsible for the remainder of service fees, or do they reimburse a percentage of services where you will pay the remaining percentage? Service codes would be 90847-95, 90846-95, and 90837-95 for Online Couple & Family Therapy, and 90837-95 for Online Individual Therapy. Therapy services, when documented via Superbill based on a diagnosis code, should be a qualifying expense for FHS and HSA program. You can also use an FHS or HSA debit/spending card to pay for services in place of a credit card.
Currently all sessions are conducted online using a telehealth version of Zoom that meets the security and encryption requirements to comply with federal privacy laws.
