Online Premarital Counseling Program with Dr. Bordieri - Private & Group Formats Available
This online premarital psychoeducation program will help you learn what it takes to build a successful marriage and proactively develop concrete skills as you prepare to make a life-long commitment to your partner… all from the comfort and convenience of your own home!
The program is includes the “best of” insights, skills, activities and resources from the two, leading evidence-based approaches: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) & The Gottman Method, including key Hold Me Tight® conversations and strategies to become “relationship masters" by enhancing your love maps.
You and your partner will learn to better understand one another, deepen your connection, and receive guidance and support as you discuss important topics in preparation for marriage. Additional resources and exercises will be provided to help you and your partner to continue to enhance your relationship even after the program ends.

Private Premarital Program

"My husband and I completed Dr. Bordieri's private premarital program and can't thank her enough for the resources, patience and guidance she provided for us. We didn't know what to expect from premarital counseling, we just knew that we wanted to be able to have dialogue around important relationship/life topics before we got married. All the resources and tools that were provided was so informative but we most appreciated how Dr. Bordieri explained each concept in an easily understandable way. Her kind nature and ability to listen and repeat our thoughts/needs in a clear manner was amazing, especially since we are still working on how to identify emotions (sounds easy but it's not always!). Premarital Group
The group program will include experiential activities during and between sessions. The full group program also includes a 75-minutes of private Relationship Coaching with Dr. Bordieri where you will receive a private assessment and personalized feedback based on your unique needs. These private sessions can be booked as one 75-minute session, three 25-minute sessions, or one 50-minute session and one 25-minute session. If you prefer, you can opt to attend only the group sessions and add private coaching sessions or the Relationship Checkup later.
