Core Relationship Skills Series: Enhancing Emotional, Physical & Sexual Intimacy (1.5 hours) from 6pm to 7:30pm EST - Returning Participant Discount
This workshop will draw from both the EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) approach and the Gottman Method to help couples strengthen intimacy on all levels: emotional, physical, and sexual. It will help couples understand some of the most common blocks to intimacy and offer strategies and resources to overcome them. The session will also emphasize the importance of small but frequent moments of connection and will offer couples exposure to a variety of options for developing these. We will also walk through simple exercises and activities to promote emotional attunement and physical intimacy.
Registration for this workshop session includes access to a recording of the material presented and all handouts for 60 days after the workshop. Once registered, you will receive the log-in information for the workshop session. Handouts and tip sheets will be sent by email directly following the workshop. Please include your partner's email in the notes when registering so we can send your partner this information as well.
This is a psychoeducational workshop that can offer you and your partner insights & skills to strengthen your relationship even without additional services. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are eligible for a refund minus a $25 administrative fee, however, you will not have access to the session recording or handouts. Cancellations with less than 48-hours notice are non-refundable but you will have access to the session recording and all handouts along with the option for a private makeup session with Julian for a small additional fee.
